At [strengthwithindesign], your satisfaction is important to us. Each piece is made especially for you once your order is placed, which allows us to reduce waste and create high-quality, made-to-order clothing.

Because of this production process, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.


Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong color or design

We encourage you to carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order. If you ever have questions about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right with your order, we will make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

You will not be required to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.


Sizing Support

We understand that ordering clothing online can be tricky. While we cannot offer refunds for items that fit differently than expected if the correct size was sent, we strongly recommend comparing the measurements in our size chart to a favorite garment you already own.

If you need help choosing a size, contact us before placing your order and we will gladly assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and changes may no longer be possible.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Please check with neighbors or others in your household

  2. Contact your local postal carrier

  3. Reach out to us within 7 days if you still need assistance

We will do our best to help you resolve the issue.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
