Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Since all our products are made to order, production typically takes 2-7 business days. After production, shipping times vary by location:

  • Sweden: 2-5 business days
  • EU: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

 

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within Sweden on all orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What if my order is delayed?
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at your support email and we'll help track it down.

Products & Sizing

How do your products fit?
Most of our products have a relaxed, comfortable fit. Specific sizing notes:

  • Premium Sweatshirt: Runs small - we recommend ordering one size up
  • Organic Cotton T-Shirt: Oversized fit - EU customers should order one size down
  • Other items: True to size

What materials do you use?
We use premium, ethically sourced materials including:

  • 100% organic cotton (GOTS & OCS certified)
  • Ring-spun cotton blends
  • Sustainable poly-cotton fleece
  • 100% chino cotton twill for hats

Are your products sustainably made?
Yes! All our products are made to order, which means we only produce what's needed. This reduces waste and overproduction. We also work with ethical suppliers who care about both people and the planet.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since our products are made to order specifically for you, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please check the sizing guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for sizing advice!

What if my item is defective?
We stand behind our quality! If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately with photos and we'll send you a replacement at no cost.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods through Shopify's secure checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout system. We never see or store your payment information.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my StrengthWithinDesign apparel?
To keep your apparel looking great:

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Iron inside out on low heat if needed
