For EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return:

  • Log in to your account at: account.strengthwithindesign.com
  • If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.
  • You can also contact us directly at sandrajohansson284@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions & Shipping:

  • The item must be returned in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have created a genuinely personalised product (e.g. uploaded your own image or added your own name/text).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us at sandrajohansson284@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos displaying the issue
  • A brief description of the defect

Once approved, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • EU Customers: You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (in accordance with your right of withdrawal).
  • All Other Customers: Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase, as production of your made-to-order item begins shortly after.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
